Exchange and Replacement Policy


At Comet Stone Co, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges or replacements within 14 days of delivery.


Exchanges and Replacements:

- You may request an exchange or replacement of equal value within 14 days from the date of delivery.

- To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and replacements. A packing slip will be provided with every order containing the order #.


How to Exchange or Replace:

1. Contact Us: Before sending your item, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] with your order number and the reason for the exchange or replacement.

2. Ship the Item: Once your exchange or replacement request is approved, securely pack your item and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Processing Your Exchange or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your exchange or send you a replacement item of equal value.


Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount code.
  • Custom or personalized orders.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at with a photo of the damage, and if any, damaged to packaging. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
